تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى محاولة رصد التحول الذي طرأ على مفهوم القوة و تسليط الضوء على سيرورته التاريخية، ونظرا لأهمية ما تشهده منطقة الشرق الأوسط من توتر متصاعد و الذي قد تنعكس آثاره المدمرة على العالم برمته، حاولنا تسليط الضوء على دور إيران باعتبارها قوة إقليمية وازنة في الشرق الأوسط من خلال الإجابة على سؤال: هل نجحت إيران في توظيف مفهوم القوة الذكية وهي تواجه الضغوطات الغربية، حيث خلصت هذه الورقة إلى أن إيران انتزعت نصرا ثمينا من خلال توقيعها اتفاقا نوويا ، ذلل الطريق أمامها وساعدها في كسب رهان صراعها المحتدم مع الغرب عموما وأمريكا على الخصوص .
Abstract:
The purpose of this study to try to observe the change on the concept of power and shed light on its historical .Given the importance of the escalating tension in the Middle East region, which may have devastating effects on the entire world, I tried to highlight Iran’s role as a strong regional power in the Middle East by answering the question: Has Iran succeeded in employing the concept of smart power as it confronts Western pressures? This study concluded that Iran had won a precious victory by signing a nuclear agreement . This victory facilitated the way for Iran and helped it win the bet of its Intense conflict with the West in general and America in particular.
