فيروس كورونا و بوادر ظهور نظام عالمي جديد متعدّد الأقطا

تسعى هذه الدراسة لإبراز ما إذا كان لجائحة فيروس كورونا الذي اجتاح العالم منذ ظهوره لأول مرّة بالصين في شهر ديسمبر 2019، دور أو تأثير في حدوث تغيرات على مستوى ميزان القوى العالمي، بانتقال العالم والعلاقات بين دوله وفواعله المختلفة من ميزان قوى أحادي القطبية بزعامة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، نحو ميزان قوى عالمي جديد متعدد الأقطاب يكون أكثر إنسانية وأكثر تحقيقا للتعاون والتضامن الدولي بالخصوص في أوقات الأزمات والكوارث الكبرى التي يشهدها العالم.

Abstract:
This study seeks to highlight whether the Coronavirus pandemic that has swept the world since its first appearance in China in December 2019 has a role or effect in the occurrence of changes in the level of the global balance of power, with the movement of the world and the relations between its countries and its various actors from the unipolar balance of power led by the United States of America, towards a new multi-polar global balance of power that is more humane and more achieves international cooperation and solidarity, especially in times of major crises and disasters that the world is witnessing.
