أفضى انفصال جنوب السودان إلى مجموعة من التداعيات والانعكاسات المهمة على دول الجوار الجغرافي، إذ ترتب على تلك التحولات تهديدًا أمنيًا وسياسيًا يعوق دول المنطقة عن أداء وظائفها المنوطة بها بشكل كامل. فقد شكل انفصال دولة جنوب السودان سابقة أولي في تاريخ المنطقة، حيث تم ترسيم الحدود السياسية بها بناءً على أسس إثنية، مما قد يفتح الباب واسعًا أمام دول المنطقة والتي تزخر بالتعددية الإثنية والمتشابه مع دول الجنوب في أن تحذو حذوها في الانفصال على أسس إثنية، وهو ما سيعيد تشكيل خريطة المنطقة السياسية. وتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأبعاد الجيوبوليتيكية لانفصال دولة جنوب السودان على دول الجوار الجغرافي. وفي سبيل ذلك اتبع الباحث المنظور الجغرافي السياسي والجيوبوليتيكي، متبعًا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف الدارسة.
Abstract :
The Secession of Southern Sudan has led to a series of important repercussions and repercussions for the Geographic Neighbors. these Changes have created a Security and Political threat that impedes the States of the region from fully discharging their mandated functions. It has the form of the Secession of South Sudan earlier preliminary in the History of the region, where was the Demarcation of the political Boundaries based on Ethnic grounds, which could open the door wide to the States of the region which is rich in Ethnic diversity which have Similar with the Countries of the South to do the same in the Separation on Ethnic grounds, which will reshape the map of the Political Organization. The Study aims to identify the Dimensions of the Geopolitical Secession of South Sudan on Neighboring Countries Geographical location. And for that follow the researcher perspective of Political Geography, following the descriptive analytical method to achieve the objectives of the study.
