تناولت الدراسة التي دارت حول الوجود الإسرائيلي في الفكر السياسي الأمريكي، الأسس والمرتكزات التي شكلت هذا الفكر، وكذلك الاعتبارات التي جعلت من اليهود وإسرائيل جزء من صياغة هذا الفكر، وربما أحد أهم العوامل التي لعبت دورّا في بلورة رؤية ورواية أمريكية تجاه إسرائيل، ودفعت تجاه تطور العلاقات الأمريكية الإسرائيلية، لتأخذ صيغة تكافلية لم يسبق لها أن تمت بين دولتين، وانعكاس ذلك على فلسطين كقضية وكأرض مقدسة، من خلال التعرف على ظروف النشأة الأيديولوجية والثقافية للولايات المتحدة، وتأثير ذلك في السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية، ومواقفها من القضايا الشائكة في الشرق الأوسط، وتحديداً العلاقات مع إسرائيل، وقد بينت الدراسة أن الدين اليهودي شكل أحد أركان تبلور فكر سياسي أمريكي، سواء كان من خلال انعكاسه على فكر المهاجرين الأوائل أو من خلال العلاقة مع المسيحية والنظرة للأرض المقدسة،وعودة المسيح المنتظر، وهو ما وفر تربة خصبة للتغلغل في مؤسسات الدولة المختلفة، ويؤثر بها تأثيراً مباشرًا، كما ويؤثر في مجريات السياسة الخارجية لها، واحتوت الدراسة على أربعة مباحث، تناولت في مبحثها الأول، الأصول التاريخية وبدايات تشكل الفكر السياسي الأمريكي واهم العوامل التي أثرت في صياغته، سواء كانت دينية أيديولوجية مسيحية يهودية، أو فلسفية، بينما تضمن المبحث الثاني، إسرائيل كفكرة وفعل في الفكر السياسي الأمريكي، سواء كان ذلك من خلال فهم مكانة إسرائيل في المفهوم الأمريكي الإمبريالي للشرق الأوسط أو من خلال فهم مكانة الشرق الأوسط في المفهوم الأمريكي الإمبريالي لإسرائيل، وفي مبحثها الثالث أشارت الدراسة لتأثير اللوبي اليهودي على مجمل المؤسسة الأمريكية الرسمسة وغير الرسمية وأختراقه للمجتمع الأمريكي، وفي مبحثها الأخير وهو المبحث الرابع، تناولت الدراسة تداعيات الوجود الإسرائيلي في الفكر السياسية الأمريكي على طبيعة ونوع العلاقات الثنائية الأمريكية الإسرائيلية، وكذلك تداعيات هذا الوجود الإسرائيلي على القضية الفلسطينية والحلول المقترحة من قبل الإدارات الأمريكية المختلفة والتي أخرها إدارة “ترامب”.
Abstract:
In an attempt to understand the mystery of the American-Israeli relationship and its various dimensions, the study seeks to evoke the history of the United States of America and to explore its features in an attempt to understand the ideological dimension of American- Israeli, and how the Jews and the Zionist movement which has been an important element in American cultural and political life since the beginning of the European colonization of the new world, succeeded in establishing a range of opinions that shaped the feelings of opinion of the American public and its culture.
The first part of the research is a historical review of the beginnings and the first elements that formed and shaped the relationship between the two parties. The Jews formed an integral part of the construction of the first settlement experiment in the New World. The first immigrants of the Jews and Protestants regarded the United States as the “New Jerusalem” Or “New Canaan”, and compared themselves to the ancient Hebrews, in search of the “land of the Mee ad”. In the second part, the research examined how Israel crystallized as an idea and an act in the American thought. The elements that formed the relationship between the two sides. There is a strategic dimension. Israel is a large military force that facilitates the movement of American influence in the region. The historical and cultural dimension of the cultural interrelations between the two countries, which is the presence of a wide spectrum of intellectual elites, which sees Israel as a strategic political ally, sees in the Jewish state as a reflection of America and its culture in the Middle East, in addition to the religious interrelationship based on the existence of large segments of Christians The Anglicans view the Hebrew state as a reflection of the American experience in that the two countries are colonial-era, and are settled by various migrations of people with the same concern.
The third part dealt with the great influence of the Jewish lobby on the various American administrations through its interrelationship with the official American institutions or with the informal institutions and established Israel as part of the subconscious mind of the American institution.
and the fourth part dealt with the impact and implications of the Israeli Jewish presence in American thought on the bilateral relations between the two parties, whether political or economic, and the welcome of the United States to establish a national homeland for the Jews in Palestine, on other hand, the United States adopted humanitarian solutions to the Palestinian cause, ignored the right to self-determination and prevented recognition of the Palestinian state in all international forums. It recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and adopted the Israeli right-wing approach to dealing with the Palestinians. In conclusion, the research kept an open question for all generations, what to do?
In light of the absolute dominance of the Israeli presence in American political thought, but in all aspects of American life.
